Our Operation
Built to Run.
Smarf Logistics is a trucking operation built around one idea: freight moves better when the equipment is already there. We pre-position trailers, run dedicated lanes, and keep dispatch available around the clock.

Company Story
How We Got Here
Smarf Logistics started with a simple frustration — too much time wasted waiting on live loads, chasing empty trailers, and running freight on lanes that didn't make sense. We built the operation around fixing that.
We planted trailer pools in Albuquerque, Wichita, and Denver. We locked in dedicated lanes across NM, KS, and CO. We hired drivers who wanted consistent miles on routes they could learn, not a different city every week.
Today we run a tight network — not the biggest, but one of the most efficient on these corridors. Shippers get reliable capacity. Drivers get predictable work. That's the operation.
No Wasted Miles
Every lane we run is deliberate. We don't chase freight that doesn't fit our network — we run what we know.
Driver First
Consistent lanes, drop & hook freight, and 24/7 dispatch. We built the operation around keeping drivers productive and home on schedule.
Shipper Reliability
Pre-positioned equipment means we don't scramble for capacity. When you need a truck, we have one.
